General Terms and Conditions of Coaching for Health as of June 1, 2020

Article 1 Services

When you hire the services of Coaching for Health, this is for a 6-month program. The service is always paid in advance unless agreed otherwise. There is no option for premature termination unless there are special reasons according to Coaching for Health.

Article 2 Session Cancellation

Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be charged.

Article 3 Privacy

Information that is private will not be distributed by Coaching for Health unless agreed otherwise.

Article 4 Default of Payment

You pay the agreed amount prior to the service. If the invoice remains unpaid after 3 reminders, the claim will be transferred to a collection agency.

Article 5 Prices

Coaching for Health adheres to the agreed prices.

Article 6 Safety and Liability

The training sessions provided by Coaching for Health take place entirely at your own risk. Coaching for Health disclaims all liability for damage resulting from accidents, theft, fire, or any other damage-causing events, unless attributable to its intent or gross negligence.

Article 7 Compliance with the Agreement

By signing this agreement, the client declares that they will comply with the house rules established by Coaching for Health and carry out the instructions.

Article 8 Other Provisions

All cases and/or situations not provided for in the above regulations will be judged exclusively by Coaching for Health.
